Returns
We offer a 30-day return window from delivery for eligible items. Compression socks must be unworn, unwashed, in original packaging and in resalable condition.
How to start a return
- Email hello@mistyne.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Wait for approval and detailed return instructions.
- Send the item back following those instructions.
Refunds
After an approved return is received and inspected, a refund is issued to the original payment method. Bank or payment-provider processing commonly takes 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
Size or color exchanges are subject to availability. Contact us before sending an item back so we can assist.
Damaged or incorrect items
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item.
Non-returnable items
Worn, washed or customer-damaged socks cannot be accepted for hygiene reasons. Gift cards and final-sale items are also non-returnable unless required by law.
